We do NOT ship any windshields, batteries, large body panels or airbags. These items are available for pickup only.

All orders will receive an automated order confirmation as well as a personal email notifying you of the expected shipment date and if any part of your order is being ordered in from our warehouse.  You will also receive a shipment confirmation email from either UPS or USPS with tracking information.  Your online order status will be updated to a 'completed/shipped' status.  Typical orders can be expected to ship within 2-3 business days if not sooner.  If you order a part that comes from our warehouse in Germany please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. (You will be notified of any of these delays via email) We do not charge any handling fee for your order.

Turnaround

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days Monday – Friday 8am -5pm with the exception of special order parts from our warehouse in Germany.

Carriers

We exclusively ship with UPS and USPS within the United States only.  At this time we do not ship internationally.

Expedited Shipping

2nd Day Air: $45 - $85+

Next Day Air: $75 - $130+

Charges are calculated after your order has been pulled, packaged weighed and measured.  Your total will be contingent upon your location as well as the size, weight and value of the package.

Exclusions and Requirements

*It is important to provide us with an accurate phone number and email address to ensure we can contact you if there are any questions with your order.  This is for your protection as well as ours.

*You must provide a valid US shipping address.

* We do not ship any Hazmat items. We DO NOT ship batteries or windshields.

*We will not be involved in any way with any illegal activity regarding parts sold by TheBMWPartStore.com. If the Buyer intends to participate in any exporting of these items after receipt from us, it is the Buyer's responsibility to follow all government policies and we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders after the order has reached the original US destination. We will not devalue or misdeclare any information for customs/exporting. An invoice will be included with ALL ORDERS, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

* By using and purchasing through our site, you agree to all Shipping Policies, and are not entitled to discounts, or any other compensation as a result of late shipment.

You have 30 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN during checkout. You will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are unable to refund any electrical parts, painted parts, fluids or VIN-coded parts such as keys.

Any items that are not in the original condition and packaging are not returnable.  Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it was our mistake). There will be no returns on orders when a valid VIN is not provided, or when a VIN is provided and you are retrofitting parts that don't originally belong on the vehicle. We strongly recommend you insure your return package to the correct value to protect against shipping damages.  We will not accept a return on item(s) damaged during installation or during return shipping.  Once a part has left the United States it is no longer returnable to TheBMWPartStore, however all BMW warranties still apply.

You must provide a RMA # you have received from us to process the return.

How do I get an RAM# you ask?  Just shoot us an email or give us a call at 800.400.3198 and let us know what you would like to return.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for us to check in the return and apply the credit back to you.  It can take a few business days for the credit to post to your account depending upon your banking establishment.

In addition, we will work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue fraud offenders.

Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or different ship-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products online.
